Creators strongly believe that the involvement of volunteers in each and every programme will do wonders in the area of development. Hence since the inception of Creators in 1992 onwards, Creators greatly involved volunteers who come forward to give their valuable services by investing their time, energy and their skills for the development of the poor and the needy. It started involving the volunteers in 1992 immediately after the inception of Creators nearly 40 volunteers in Velugubanda village of Rajahanagaram Mandal came forward and took up a door to door socio-economic survey and identified the vulnerable people to take up development programme. To deliver the domestic kits to 500 vulnerable people in Maharashtra Latur earthquake in 1993. in conducting door to door survey on socio-economic conditions in the Devipatnam & Rampachodavaram Mandals in East Godavari District of A.P  and in conducting medical camps in Rajahmundry slums in 1994 & 95 and in providing blankets and utensils in 1996 Cyclone that hit East Godavari District and in collection & distribution of blankets & utensils in Orissa super cyclone in the collection & delivery of used clothes to the needy. Today in helping the polavaram project tribal victims to write applications to government authorities for their pending R&R packages and even today in identifying COVID-19 victims due to the effect of Lockdown and in the disbursement of collection and distribution of ration kits to the victims.

This is how volunteer’s services have greatly helped the organisation to deliver the goods more qualitatively and on time in each and every programme of the organisation
