Organizational Background: Creators is a non-profit, non-governmental, secular voluntary service organization registered under Indian societies act in 1992 and also registered under Foreign contribution regulation act (FCRA) under ministry of home affairs government of India in 1995.

The organization was started in 1992 by a group of young social workers, advocates, hydro-geologists, and doctors with an intention to uplift the rural poor and the tribes of East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh.

Creators mainly focus on Health, education & capacity building, lively hoods & entrepreneurship development, sustainable agriculture, differently able Persons, women empowerment, climate change, disaster preparedness, Relief & Rehabilitation, volunteer movement, child development & child rights.

Creators in its 27 years of journey in the field of Rural Development practically understood that to address many issues of the rural poor, apart from the monetary inputs, local human capital, appropriate Technology & knowledge and urban waste will play a vital role.

Hence, now creators started converting human capital & urban waste as a resource to address the rural issues. Creators after gained 27 years of rich experience in the development sector now decided to expand its area of operation from Andhra Pradesh to the National level, initially started with Telangana state.
